That's 22 letters after my name.  Quite impressive I must admit.  And I've worked very hard at obtaining those designations.  They represent a level of expertise second to none.

However, as the years have passed I have come to realize that there was a problem with many of my designations.  They were too closely associated with the traditional real estate industry, which for the most part I am opposed to.  It had become difficult year after year to pay the necessary money to keep up my designations all the while knowing that that money was going to organizations that many times promoted rules and regulations contrary to my practice of Exclusive Buyer Brokerage; that promoted rules and regulations contrary to what is in the best interest of the Home Buyer.

Therefore, I have let go many of my designations and today simply allow my experience to speak for itself.  I am one of the most experienced and most qualified Buyer Agents in the country - period.  Designations or no designations.
