WHY NOT THE OTHERS ?

It's actually very simple, every traditional "buyer's agent" also works with sellers.  Do you see a conflict of interest here?  You should.

Some points to ponder.

• The traditional buyer's agent usually does not have the training to properly look out for your interest as a buyer.  Remember, they simultaneously work with sellers.
• What they are trained in is how to overcome your objections to buying a home, so they can sell it to you.  Remember, they are sales people.
• The traditional buyer's agent will commonly want to show you (or push on you) their listings or their office listings in order to make more money (double dip the commission).
• The traditional buyer's agent will be nice and appear helpful, if they weren't they wouldn't be in a people business like real estate. But remember, their training is in how to SELL homes.

DON'T BE SOLD A HOME

Remember, all I do is work with home buyers.  If you want a general practitioner, a real estate agent that works with both sellers and buyers (at the potential detriment of the buyer), then use a traditional buyer's agent.  If you desire a specialist, someone completely, totally, and emphatically dedicated to what's best for the buyer, with no possible conflicts of interest, then you need to give me a call.
